Wellness Coaching

I am a certified Health and Wellness Coach and Intuitive Reiki Energy Practitioner. With focused intention, non-judgement and compassion, I guide clients toward healing, growth, self-reliance and developing greater resilience to life’s challenges and demands.

Coaching is not therapy. By design, coaching is focused on making your personal goal-setting and goal-achieving process positive, worthwhile, and empowering. Through a collaborative relationship between coach and client, I will encourage you to “look within” through honest and candid self-assessment and guide you through self-directed behavior change related to health and wellness.

My role is to assist you in establishing goal(s), exploring the gap between the current reality and the desired goal, uncovering personal strengths, anticipating obstacles, and preparing an action plan aimed at achieving your chosen goal(s). I am present to act as a mutually-agreed upon accountability partner as you move forward with establishing new behaviors.

Coaching pairs well with Energy Work as our thoughts, emotions, and personal energy patterns are deeply connected. I blend the clarity of coaching with the restorative impact of intuitive Energy Healing. While coaching empowers your mind with strategies and goals, energy healing works beneath the surface—helping to release and clear emotional blocks, balance key energy centers (chakras) and restore positive energy flow to support inner peace, aligned action and anchor positive behavior change to help you create and integrate meaningful growth. Combining energy healing with coaching is optional.

How to Get Started

We start with an initial consultation to outline the coaching process – ensuring you understand that all matters discussed will be held in strict confidence, discuss your health/wellness history, and if you choose to move forward, you would sign a coaching agreement and a waiver.
The number and frequency of sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals, ensuring you receive the most benefit from your coaching experience.

  • Coaching Sessions: 60 minutes
  • Coaching with Energy Healing: 90 minutes
